This product is produced in accordance with the standard of IEC60502/BS 2627. The products,Cu core or Al core XLPE or HDPE aerial insulated electric power cable,may be used for the fields where the A.C.rated voltage U(Um) is 0.6/1kV.
Using feature:
1) The max. long-term operating temperature of cable conductor(cable having supporting structure):
a) XLPE insulation :90¡ãC
b) HDPE insulated 75¡ãC
2) When short circuit (the Max. lasting time is not over 5 seconds), the Max.temperature of the cabl:
a)XLPE insulated: 250¡ãC
b)HDPE insulated 150¡ãC
3) When laying, the temperature should not be lower than -20oC;
4) The permitted bend radius should not be less than the diameter of cylinder that had been used for the bend testing.

3. The highest allowed operating temperature of conductor for long-term working is 70oC. In short-circuit (Max. long-term is no more than 5 seconds), the highest temperature for conductor is no more than 160oC.
4. D.C. resistance of the conductor complies with the stipulations of IEC 60502-1/BS6346.
5. The environment temperature should be no lower than 0oC when lay. Otherwise it should be preheated.
7. Working Frequency Voltage Test: 2.5Uo+2kV/5min without puncture.
