They are then grinded using fine machines to produce a high fat desiccated coconut in powder form.

The coconut milk powder is spray dried and packed in an excellent hygienic packing. This is available in packs which are in ranges of 100gm, 300gm and 25kg bulk packing.
Our milk powder gives instant coconut milk when mixed with luke warm water. Our coconut milk is naturally sweet, milky white cooking base derived from the meat of a mature coconut. The colour and rich taste of the milk can be attributed to the high taste. Coconut milk is a common ingredient in many tropical cuisines.

Our coconut milk cream is extracted from farm fresh mature coconuts in the most hygienic way and packaged in multi-layered aluminium pouches to maintain aroma and taste. Coconut milk cream is an excellent source of fibre, vitamins c, e, b1, b3, b5 and b6 and minerals including iron, selenium, sodium, calcium, magnesium and phosphorous. Unlike cows milk, coconut milk is lactose free so can be used as a milk substitute by those with lactose intolerance.
