This masterbatch is based on Exothermic blowing agent which is properly dispersed in a polyolefinic resin along with some specialty chemicals which helps in creating a very fine cell structure in Rotomoulded LLDPE tanks. Since our Roto foam masterbatch is in pulverized form and hence there is saving in pulverization cost to our customer.
Generally powdered pigments have aggregates and agglomerates which can not be further broken down into primary particles by milling process.
In M.G.Polyblends Micro colour PVC master batch, the pigments is dispersed to the finest possible particle size by using specialty dispersant and additives under strict process conditions. This Micro colour PVC master batch gives excellent dispersion in final applications.
In general, normally available pet based masterbatches does not give proper dispersion during the manufacturing of bigger size pet bottles. These masterbatches adversely affect the i.V of the resin and hence there is variation in thickness of the bottles. Separation of layers is also observed which decreases the strength of the bottles.
To avoid these drawbacks, m.G.Polyblends has successfully developed a colour masterbatch which consists of pet compatible low molecular weight polymer as a carrier resin along with some specialty dispersing agent, processing aid and stabilizer. This masterbatch has no effect on the i.V value of the polymer and hence there is no variation in the thickness as well strength of the bottles.

Generally powdered pigments have aggregates and agglomerates which can not be further broken down into primary particles by milling process. These aggregates and agglomerates creates specs (poor dispersion due to undeserved particles) in blown film , thin injection molded parts etc.
In m g polyblends, mono pigment concentrates, the pigments is dispersed to the finest possible particle size by using specialty dispersent and additive under strict process sonditions. These mcc give excellent dispersion in final application.
