Generally powdered pigments have aggregates and agglomerates which can not be further broken down into primary particles by milling process. These aggregates and agglomerates creates specs (poor dispersion due to undeserved particles) in blown film , thin injection molded parts etc. In m g polyblends, mono pigment concentrates, the pigments is dispersed to the finest possible particle size by using specialty dispersent and additive under strict process sonditions. These mcc give excellent dispersion in final application.
