The machine is designed for welding anodes to the leadframe by laser. The machine ensures automatic loading of the carrying strip with anodes, cutting the anodes off, anode straightening, leadframe unwinding, leadframe cutting , silver paste application, checking the silver paste quantity, check hole punching, anode welding to the leadframe, furnace hardening and unloading the ready leadframe on the lay.
