The machine ensures automatic loading of the carrying strip with anodes, cutting the anodes off, anode straightening, leadframe unwinding, leadframe cutting , silver paste application, checking the silver paste quantity, check hole punching, anode welding to the leadframe, furnace hardening and unloading the ready leadframe on the lay.
