Sieving machine is used to separete solid waste such as sand, metal, small stone, labels in PET bottle recycling process. It helps the PET bottle washing by reducing equipment abrasion, material loss to enhance productivity. Flakes sieving improve the quality of final PET flakes.

Label Remover for PET Bottle Recycling System
In Asia, most of labels made from PVC heat-shrinkage film which cannot be removed through bottle prewashing; this is another major problem in PET recycling industry. BoReTech patented label separation machine completely solved this problem. Firstly, label scrapper will tear the labels, so that the labels no longer attached to bottles, and then,the labels will completely separated by adjustable wind-force and gravity difference.

Bale braeker is applied to PET bottle recycling industry to break up PET bottle bales. The glue attached on the flakes will affect the recycling application of the flakes.The function of turbo washer is removing the glue and small impruities from flakes by friction power to purify PET flakes.
BoReTech develops a new style machine which consists of turbo washing section and drying section. Glue will be removed by strong friction among flakes and paddles, then moisture rate of the flakes will be reduced to below 5% through centrifugal force. Water spraying device can avoid screen clogging and also purify the flakes. Paddles and screen are all demountable which is easy for daily maintenance and repairs. Paddles adopts alloy steel which has abrasion resistance and the service life will reach 10000 tons of flakes output.
