The process is used to recycle big capacity and stable quality raw material, especially for psf manufacturer and recycled poy manufacturer with big capacity. The process flowchart as below:

De-baling----- label scrapping------ label separation------- bottle pre-washing--------manual sorting and metal detecting-----wet grinding-------gravity separation-------chemical washing for pet flakes-------rinsing--------drying--------packing.

Size: 1 mm ~ 12 mm
Humidity: 1.5 %
Pe, pp: 20 ppm
Paper, wood: 20 ppm
Glues/hot melts: 20 ppm
Organics: 20 ppm
Inorganic particles: 20 ppm
Ferrous and non-ferrous metals: 20 ppm
Pvc: 30 ppm. Our pre-washing process can make pvc become distinguishable. But the efficiency of labors in bottle sorting unit is important.
Colored pet flake: should be less than 20 ppm. But it should depend on efficiency of bottle sorting labors.
