They vacuum the product to be filled either from the hopper or the production tank.
The working system is pneumatic so that the machine is exproof. There is no danger of fire.
The air that the machines require is 6 bars.
They can fill various products including both liquid and high viscous products.

The materials that used in the production of the machine are appropriate for the "statute on food". For example, the parts that contact with the product are produced from 316 quality stainless steel.
Outer spaces are produced from 304 quality stainless steel.
You can adjust the volume of the machine easily by turning the hand wheel either left or right.
There are 2 kinds of speed adjustments:
1-the speed of vacuuming the product to be filled from the hopper
2-the speed of filling the product to be filled to the package.
These speed adjustments can be controlled according to your requirement.
With the help of the castors that can turn 360 degrees and have a brake system, you can easily move the machine to any place and fix it to anywhere you want.
Except from the models with castors, the machines can also be provided as tabletop version, if required.
It is adequate to clean only the parts that contact with the product during the cleaning process. The machine can be easily cleaned by circulating washing materials that will be filled in the hopper.
You do not need any qualified and skilled personnel. After you have adjusted the volume of the machine either manuel(through food pedal) or automatically, you place your product to the hopper and watch up the filling.
