The utilization efficiency of energy has been greatly improved by using modified heat exchange system of steam, reliable door sealing structure and insulation wall of high performance polyurethane. User may choose steam-heating/electric-heating/oil-heating/gas-heating for energy source.
Solid full-welded structure is made of stainless steel, and has convenient design for using trolley; high performance cleaning system and mutual interlocking gear for cooked/uncooked areas are all in compliance with the requirements of haccp code.
