Our Pilot Brewing System is essential for breweries prioritizing innovation and risk management. It provides an efficient way to experiment with new flavor profiles and recipes in small batches, allowing brewers to test and refine ideas without disrupting larger production schedules. This system allows brewers to create exclusive, limited-release batches that generate market interest while mitigating the financial risks associated with unproven recipes. With quick scalability, breweries can confidently develop products for commercial production after perfecting them on a smaller scale. This ensures that each new product meets quality and market expectations, ultimately supporting your brewery's growth and adaptability.

Stainless Steel Tank
YME's stainless steel tanks are renowned for their top-notch quality and remarkable adaptability within Brewing Systems. These tanks are available in two variations (jacketed and unjacketed) and serve various purposes such as storage, fermentation, and mixing of a wide array of beverages including beers, wines, ciders, kombucha, juices, and more.
YME stainless steel tanks include stainless steel fermentation tanks, sake tanks, storage tanks, hot water tanks, and cold water tanks. The inner walls are polished to 2B or mirror finish, and the outer surfaces are polished to 2B as well. All welds are completed and polished under protective gas. The working pressure of fermentation tanks and sake tanks is 2 bar, with a test pressure of 6 bar. The set pressure inside the tank can also be increased or decreased according to customer requirements to ensure that there is no leakage due to excessive pressure inside the tank.
YME's stainless steel tanks include essential oil tanks, honey tanks, food tanks, mixing tanks, juice concentration tanks, distillation tanks, fermentation tanks, bright tanks, and various storage tanks. They are widely used in the food and beverage industry, with a large number of customers and cases in North America, Oceania, Southeast Asia, Europe, and the Middle East.

What are the pros and cons of using jacketed bright tanks versus unjacketed ones in a cold room? Brewers are often concerned about this.
Un-jacketed brites are cheaper, and cold rooms aren't too expensive. Our brand-new 12x20 glycol-cooled cold room costs about as much as one jacketed US-made 10bbl brite. Some Brewmasters have this view.
The best way to do it is to have both. It was a disaster every time we had to clean a serving tank. The walk-in temp would go through the roof and it would take about a day to get the time back under control. In the meantime, we would have tons of loss from pouring foam at the taps. I would get jacketed serving tanks and a smaller walk-in to store kegs. That way when you clean a serving tank it doesn't screw up pouring beer. Other Brewers have a different idea
Stacked bright beer/serving tanks are also a good option (glycol jacketed). And then there's the Brewers who came up with a better idea.
No matter what kind of needs, we can customize the design according to your actual situation.
