1) Do you talk directly to the Buyer or its Mandatary ? Or do you have other intermediaries between you and Buyer?
a) If yes, do You have a letter from the Buyer that authorizes You to search for providers ?
b) If the answer is yes please attach a copy of the letter.
2) Is the Buyer able to issue an ICPO from a Top 50 bank ?
a) If the Buyer is able to answer positively, we will move on with the procedures.
b) If the Buyer is not able to answer affirmative this question then it is not worth following the negotiation.
