Performance:
1. JERINA Plasticizer A can reduce the viscosity of natural and synthetic rubber to making it easy to process.
2. JERINA Plasticizer A can improve the dispersion of filler and rubber chemicals in the rubber compound, and improve scorch safety.
It also can promote vulcanization and release of vulcanized products to keep the mold clean.
3. JERINA Plasticizer A canshorten the mixing time, change flowability of unvulcanized rubber, and there is no adverse effect on the bonding of rubber and metal material.
It can improve storage stability of rubber compound, especially beneficial for vulcanization process.

Introduction:
1. JERINA YB-5 is a special material for radial tires, and a high-efficiency toughening modified agent that synthesized from various auxiliaries. It has plasticization, lubrication, cross-linking, coupling and other functions.
2. JERINA YB-5 also has high-activity inorganic filler as carrier, and the high-activity inorganic filler will dilute the toughening modified agent to form a thin layer of active material on the surface, which is more easily to crosslink with rubber, and significantly improve the reinforcing performance.

The hindered phenol structure formed between phenolic hydroxyl group and methoxyl group on the molecule, which can capture and consume the free radical in rubber to terminate the chain reaction. Therefore, it can improve the ageing-resistance and fatigue-resistance of high polymer material such as rubber.
2. JERINA LG-768 can improve adhesive performance.
