Why?
Corrugated cardboards are products that are formed by covering the lower or upper surfaces of one or more corrugated layers with a flat layer. There are many types according to the purpose of use. According to these types, the number and thickness of the corrugations used in the cardboard vary.
Corrugated cardboard, which has been used for 130 years in the world, is the most consumed packaging type in Turkey today.
What is Single Corrugated Box?
These are the boxes produced from the sheet formed by gluing the corrugation between two layers of paper. It is produced from the waveforms mentioned above. Ideal for use in light loads. It is used for clothing, fruit and vegetable packaging. It is more economical than double corrugated boxes. In e-commerce packaging, it stands out with its economy.
What is Double Corrugated Box?
The package that is the combination of BE wave, that is, B and E waves, is called microdopel box. The thickness of the microdopel box is 3.2-4.5 mm. In the double corrugated box class, there are 5 units of paper layers. Microdopel box becomes very durable with the combination of E and B waves, which have tight grooves. BC wave, on the other hand, is formed by the combination of B and C waves and is called dopel parcel. Thickness of dopel box is 5.5-6.5 mm. Dopel acts as a cushion for the product in the box and provides protection against impacts. Dopel parcel packaging is one of the most consumed products in the packaging market. The cost of the Dopel box is cheaper than other packages and it is the main reason for preference as it gives a suitable transport form to the product structure.

(Triple Corrugated Box) What is Triplex Package?
Triplex Box Types, which is a general name given to the boxes formed by using three layers of corrugated cardboard together, is a type of packaging that is generally used in the industrial sector with its solid structure and high strength strength, which is produced by placing three sheet grooves into four flat cardboards. This packaging option, also called Triplex Corrugated Cardboard Box, which is preferred especially by companies that will export their products, provides an environment for the unloading and lifting of heavier loads and safe transportation compared to conventional boxes, and export parcels that provide transfer capability to products weighing up to half a ton. It is at your disposal with the guarantee of °timat Kutu in our equipped workshops.
Although the triplex box is named as thick box, weighted box, pallet box, its real name is triplex box because it consists of 3 layers of corrugation. It is ideal for transporting heavy industrial products such as iron and steel, bearings, machinery, engines. Its thickness can be up to 12 mm.
Some product groups require special sensitivity during transportation. If the product is heavy, we think that it cannot be transported in parcels and we consider different transportation methods. These methods also often strain our budgets. Our packaging type, Triplex Parcels, which we have created by combining 3 different full corrugated cardboards, is ideal for the transportation of heavy loads that require precision.
By using Triplex Boxes, you deliver your sensitive products to your customers without any deformation. Triplex Parcels are the economical way to transport heavy products.
Why?
With offset printing, one of the most common printing techniques, you can apply your desired logo and other graphic designs on corrugated cardboard boxes and parcels.
What is Offset Printing?
Offset printing, also called lithography, is the most common type of printing for high-volume commercial jobs. Have you ever seen videos of newspaper printers working with large rolls? This is the offset printing technique. Offset printing technology is a printing technique that uses plates, usually made of aluminum, to transfer the image to a roll mold and then roll this image onto a sheet of paper. In offset printing, ink is not transferred directly to the paper. Offset printing machines are no longer machines that are used a lot today. It is a type of printing used in many and specific products. The possibility of applying to different products and materials is not as wide as digital printing. It is a printing technique used for a large number of print jobs and limited products.
Advantages
Print quality is high,
Printing is not limited to 4 colors. Depending on the sensitivity of the paper used, extra pressure can be applied to the same place,
All papers between 40 gr and 450 gr can be printed,
Print wastage is low,
Special applications such as Lacquer, Special Cut, Foil, Embossed, UV Lacquer, Numerator, Cellophane can be made.
What is Digital Printing?
Digital printing does not use plates the way offset printing does, but rather a printing technique that uses options such as toner (as in laser printers) or larger presses that use liquid ink. While digital printing was a printing technique that worked when lower quantities were required, today it has become a printing solution that combines many printing techniques with the development of technology. When each piece or material needs a unique logo, name or address, digital printing is the only way. Offset printing is not capable of meeting this need.
