The EVA Compound Extruder Pelletizing line plant combines materials mixing, conveying, feeding, extrusion granulation, air cooling, silo as a whole production line, automated continuous operation, with high effective production.
Compact structure, occupies small space and can be installed as a line or as a circle.
Sub-loop temperature control process, dispersion kneader, roll mill, feeder, extrusion machine has their separate and independent heating or cooling system, control their temperature according to actual requirements.
Feeding machine is of double screw propeller extrusion feeder, with the feature of strong material feeding, especially suitable for extrusion and granulation of mixed compound directly from kneader.
Barrel screw of extruder use 38CrMoAlA quality alloy steel, nitriding treatment, high hardness, wear resistance to corrosion.
â??Extruder machine head adopts special clamp-clip structure developed specially for EVA/TPR/some rubber granulation, screen change is not needed, easy to clean color, durable use, no material leakage. (Note: for EVA production, it is not good idea to use hydraulic screen exchanger, because it is difficult to clean the materials left inside by the hydraulic screen exchanger, yet if you donot clean the materials while machine stops, the materials will get cured or foamed inside the head.).
Electric control system uses advanced PLC control technology, and use inverter to control speed of feeding, extrusion, pelletizing and other multi-process machine according to the actual requirements.
And the EVA compound extruder pelletizing line adopts interlock chain protection system, sound and light alarm devices, improving the reliability and safe operation.

The EVA pellet machine line includes the following equipment units:
1.Dispersion Mixer (banbury) : the dispersion mixer is used to mix EVA raw material, Rubber & plastic materials,and other additives,make the materials perfect dispersion and well distributed before feeding to the extruder,ensuring good quality of final EVA compound to be produced.
2. Bucket conveyor : This bucket conveyor send the ready mixed material to the feeding hopper of the EVA extruder (EVA pelletizer).
3. EVA Extruder : After conveyor transfer EVA mixture to the extruder,the EVA extruder will make the EVA pellets.
4.Centrifugal cyclones with air blower: To cool down the EVA pellets.
5. Vibrating screen : The vibrating screen will further cool down the EVA pellets after cyclones,and screen out the powder or unqualified sizes.
6. Stirring Machine:It can make the EVA pellets with colors mixed evenly, used as storage bin, and ready for final package
