The EVA pellet machine line includes the following equipment units:
1.Dispersion Mixer (banbury) : the dispersion mixer is used to mix EVA raw material, Rubber & plastic materials,and other additives,make the materials perfect dispersion and well distributed before feeding to the extruder,ensuring good quality of final EVA compound to be produced.
2. Bucket conveyor : This bucket conveyor send the ready mixed material to the feeding hopper of the EVA extruder (EVA pelletizer).
3. EVA Extruder : After conveyor transfer EVA mixture to the extruder,the EVA extruder will make the EVA pellets.
4.Centrifugal cyclones with air blower: To cool down the EVA pellets.
5. Vibrating screen : The vibrating screen will further cool down the EVA pellets after cyclones,and screen out the powder or unqualified sizes.
6. Stirring Machine:It can make the EVA pellets with colors mixed evenly, used as storage bin, and ready for final package
