1.Descriptions of Fused Cast AZS Bricks
Our fused AZS blocks mainly inclue model AZS-33#, AZS-36#, and AZS-41#. the different models applicated in different parts of furnaces.
AZS brick 33#, a normal refractory material, with the features of very good melting glass resisting, which seldom produces stone or other faults, and has little possibility to produce bubbles, widely used in glass Industrial furnace.
AZS brick 36# has more free baddeleyite crystals in chain structure and less vitreous phase, which further improves the corrosion resistibility and reduces the potential defects in glass, so it is recommended to be used in sections where glass flow is faster and temperature is higher, such as melter sidewall, paving, doghouse, etc.Â
AZS brick 41# has the most free baddeleyite crystals among the fused cast AZS families, which are evenly distgributed within the block. Its corrosion resistibility is the best and thus it is usually recommended to be used in the most demanding positions to balance the furnace life.

Chrome corundum brick is alumina - chrome oxide as the main raw material production of high-performance chrome corundum brick, has the characteristics of high refractoriness, great strength, good thermal shock stability, strong ability to resist erosion.
Chromium corundum brick raw material is used by the ratio of alumina and chromium oxide according to certain proportion, go through high temperature melting synthesis of a solid solution. Using special refractory production technology made of refractory brick, can improve internal quality of the product, improve the high temperature performance of products.
Feature
1.The refractory properties of chrome corundum brick
In high purity corundum material add Cr2O3, no matter how much the amount, not only will not reduce the fire performance of materials can make refractory performance of material improved.
2.The strength of chrome corundum brick.
The products in the process of burning, between particles and fine powder, between powder and powder are formed Al2O3 - Cr2O3 solid solution, calcium solid solution like bridge connect fine powder with particles together, make the strength of the material is greatly increased.
3.Thermal shock resistance
Add Cr2O3 in corundum, when Cr2O3 content is 10% ~ 66%, material of thermal shock resistance decreased with increasing content of Cr2O3, namely the Cr2O3 content low chrome corundum brick, the thermal shock stability is better than Cr2O3 content high chrome corundum brick.
AZS Bricks, Alumina-Zirconia-Silica (AZS) refractories, belong to sintered ZrO2_Al2O3_SiO2 products family along with Zircon Mullite, Bonded AZS, Zirconia Corundum, and Rebonded Fused Mullite bricks. Sintered ZrO2-Al2O3_SiO2 products such as AZS have good resistance to alkali vapor and thermal shock. Mainly used in glass furnaces, they can withstand aggressive conditions in contact with molten glass. Typical applications are superstructures, skew blocks, wall bricks and upper-checker in regenerators, paving, sub-paving, and forehearth blocks in float glass furnaces.

Features
1.High refractoriness
2.Good abrasion and creep resistance
3.High density
Applications
It is mainly used in areas that require high abrasion and temperature resistance, such as gliding rail bricks in steel pusher metallurgical furnaces, the tapping platform (tapping spout) style walking beam furnaces, and also as the interior for destructors.
Magnesia-chrome brick is a high-level refractory product material ,which contains MgO and Cr2O3 as the main components, periclase and spinel are the main mineral components. This type of brick has high refractoriness, high temperature strength, strong resistance to alkaline slag, excellent thermal stability, and certain adaptability to acidic slag. The main raw materials for the manufacture of magnesia chrome bricks are sintered magnesia and chromite. The purity of the magnesia raw material should be as high as possible.
The Al2O3 content is more than 55%, and is calcined from a high-content alumina raw material such as a silicone raw material or a bauxite. High heat resistance and high temperature resistance at 1770 C and above. Has good slag resistance, mainly used in the masonry of steelmaking electric furnace, glass furnace, cement rotary furnace and so on.
Characteristics of High Alumina Brick Price:
1.Refractoriness:
More refractory than refractory clay bricks and semi-silica bricks, up to 1750-1790C, belonging to high-grade refractory materials.
2. Load softening temperature:
Since the high aluminum has a high Al2O3 content, a low impurity content, and a low formation of the molten glass body, the fire-resistant softening temperature is higher than that of the refractory clay brick. However, since the mullite crystal has not yet formed a network structure, the load softening temperature is lower than the load softening temperature of the silica brick.
3. Slag resistance:
High Al2O3 has high Al2O3 content, close to neutral refractory material, and can resist the erosion of acid slag and alkali slag. Because it contains SiO2, the resistance to alkali slag is less than acid resistance.

Silica brick is a refractory product containing SiO2 as a main component. Its SiO2 content is generally not less than 93%. Silica brick is an acidic refractory material. It has strong resistance to acid slag and good resistance to oxides such as CaO, FeO and Fe2O3. However, it has poor resistance to alkaline slag erosion and is easily oxidized by Al2O3, K2O and Na2O. Destruction by the action of matter. The softening temperature of the silicon brick load is as high as 1640~1680°C, and the long-term use volume is stable under high temperature. However, silica bricks have poor thermal shock resistance and high refractoriness.
When using silica bricks, pay attention to two points: when the silica brick is at 200~300°C and 573°C, the volume suddenly expands due to the crystal transformation. Therefore, the temperature rise below 600 °C in the oven should not be too fast, when it is cooled to below 600 °C. Dramatic temperature changes should be avoided; as far as possible not in contact with the alkaline slag.
Application
Coke oven, Hot blast stoves, Crown or Superstructure of glass furnace.
