70 slices/min. ultra-high-speed operation (with standard 8mm blade)
Featuring AC servo and special high precision 8mm stainless steel blade, POSEIDON provides uniform slices at ultra high speed of 370 slices per minute. Also, the inverter automatically adjusts slice thickness between 0.5mm and 30.0mm, each 0.1mm. The result is greatly enhanced performance.
Minimizes vibration even at ultra-high-speeds (patent pending)
POSEIDON incorporates unique built-in vibration measurement device. It is very quiet during operation and vibrations remain low even at the highest speed slicing.
Meat detection sensor (minimum detectable height: 20mm)
Meat detection sensor for immediate slicing. The sensor detects the edge of product and feeds just in front of the blade to save time for in-feeding.
Automatic air gripping system
Automatic air gripping system minimizes labor and increases efficiency.
Load product and closes the cover, then the unit grips the product automatically. After slicing, it releases the product and stores it in the meat holder.
Improved yield (minimum thickness of gripping part: 25mm)
Conventional chop cutters are wasteful because they always leave more than 30mm of uncut product. POSEIDON is improved meat holder that has reduced the issue as little as 25mm to ensure a dramatically improved yield.
Clamp unit (patent pending)
POSEIDON clamp unit holds the product firmly in position. It prevents slippage at the beginning of slicing and minimizes curling of slices. It helps to make sliced products uniform, consistent and appealing.
Three different thicknesses from a single block
In addition to slicing a block at fixed thickness, it is also available three different thicknesses setting for a single block of meat.
