The recommended temperature range for separating gel is - 20 ~90 C. With the change of ambient temperature, the viscosity of the product will change greatly. Low ambient temperature may cause difficulty in gluing. It is suggested that when the ambient temperature is below 15 C, the water bath can be heated to 60 - 70 C to reduce the viscosity and improve the gluing efficiency.
The phenomenon of "drawing" occurs during normal temperature gluing, which can increase the gluing temperature appropriately or break the filament by vibration.
After high vacuum treatment, there is almost no air inclusion in the colloid. It is not recommended to mix in the process of transferring and adding glue, because mixing easily leads to a large amount of air in the colloid.
After adding the product into the test tube, the gel plane flow distance is less than 5 mm after 20 days of inverted test at 60 C in vacuum. It can ensure that no more than 5 mm flow will occur during 20 days of continuous transportation at 60 C by containers, and it will not affect the normal use of blood vessels. Even so, we still recommend that during the long transport process, the blood vessels with separating gel should not be inverted.
It is recommended not to touch the separating glue directly by hand. When adhering to the skin, you can scrape off most of the colloids with clean iron sheets, wipe off most of the colloids with waste newspapers, then clean them with DMC, D4 and other organic solvents, or clean them with detergent powder mixed with sawdust and detergent, and then rinse them with water.
