Description

Working Principle
1. Material is fed into the millâ??s chamber typically by gravity.
2. The material is struck by ganged hammers which are attached to a shaft which rotates at a high speed inside the chamber. The materials are crushed or shattered by the repeated hammer impacts, collisions with the walls of the grinding chamber as well as particle on particle impacts.
3. Perforated metal screens, or bar grates covering the discharge opening of the mill retaining coarse materials for further grinding while allowing qualified sized materials to pass through as finished product.

Working Principle
Hammer crusher mainly consists of frame, rotor, trapezoidal iron plate, bar grate, etc. And the frame consists of the upper part and the lower part. The rotor consists of main shaft, disk,hinge pin and hammers .The bar grate is below the rotor.
The motor drives the rotor to rotate at a high speed. When the materials get into the crushing cavity, they are crushed by the rotating hammers, the crushed products which meet the required size can be discharged from the bar grate and become the final products, the products in larger size are brought back for re-crushing until they reach the required size.

Description
DYTA-7750 jig, which is developed from the circular jig machine, is composed of drive system and jigging chamber.
The drive system, which is the mechanical hydraulic form, is powered by electric motor. The output shaft of the reducer drives the cam to rotate through the shift gear. The cam drives the plungers of each main transmission oil cylinder to do the periodic reciprocating movement which transforms the electric energy into mechanical energy and then into hydraulic energy. The hydraulic energy drives the slave cylinder movement which drives the cone of jig machine to do the pulsing movement up and down.
The jig frequency of DYTA-7750 is regulated steplessly through the electromagnetic speed regulating asynchronous motor from 0-90 times/min. The jigging chamber is unit combination, each unit is composed of 3 jigging sections. Each jigging section is similar to a trapezoidal jig machine. The sections could form a round or fan shape according to the capacity and or the configuration requirements.
At present, the hydraulic radial jig has been widely applied on dredgers as roughing concentration equipment for ore, tin ore, diamond ore, tungsten ore, hematite ore, and so on in foreign countries. Description
This portable gold trommel plant is self contained, and with its 1-5t/h capacity, it is ideal for testing gold values or for small production operations. The unique water supply and reclamation unit allows operation where water is not available.
A spray bar with its own adjustable water valve goes the length of the trommel. Next, the material approaches the 8mm holes where anything under 8mm gets washed down onto the oscillating sluice, and larger material works its way to the end of the trommel. A nugget trap will catch any heavies and the lighter material will go out the tail cone to the rock chute and discard tray. Working Principle
The beneficiation process of shaking table is finished on the tilting deck with grooves. The rotary scrubber is an autogenous rotating drum scrubber, utilising pebbles and rocks within the feed source to fracture and disintegrate clays, agglomerates and soft oxides.

Working Principle of magnetic separator
When the raw materials flow into the tank body of the magnetic separator.
1. Firstly, the flowing direction of the raw materials is the same as the rotary direction of the magnetic drum, the iron magnetite materials are attracted to the surface of drum. This is the first separation.
2. In the second step, the flushing water below flushes the raw materials back is the second separation. This time the flowing direction of the raw materials is opposite to the rotary direction of the magnetic drum. Then along with the rotation of drum, the iron magnetite materials on the surface of drum will finally leave the magnetic field and fall in the ore concentrate box under the effect of gravity. The flushing water above helps to flush the iron magnetite into the ore concentrate box. The weak magnetic and non-magnetic materials can not be attracted and will flow to the discharge pipe as tailings.
