Introduction
To resolve the wear issues of scraper conveyor, we have made a lot of theoretical researches and underground tests, and succeeded in developing numerical controlled plasma cladding wear-resisting technologyâ?� and zrf-5c numerical controlled plasma central trough cladding machine toolâ?�. The technology can make the base materials and alloy powder melt synchronously instantlyïre-melt , and produce the wear-resisting strengthened layer in original position. In doing so, the strengthened layer and base material will be metallurgically combined in depth, which greatly enhances the wear and shock resistance of metal surface, 10 times that of laser cladding in efficiency. The machine tool is especially applicable for strengthening and repairing the central through and head & tail of all kinds of scraper conveyors. It is verified by many years uses in underground coal mines that the strengthened central through by cladding is prolonged 2-3 times in service life averagely.
