PRODUCTION TECHNOLOGY
After gypsum, clinker and limestone are measured by the belt weigher, they will be mixed together in accordance with particular proportions, and then sent to the stable weighing warehouse. During this process, magnetic metals are removed by the iron remover from these materials. Then mixed materials will be sent into the rolling machine to be crushed. After crushed, they will be sent to the powder separator, in which coarse powder will be sent back to the grinding mill while the fine one will be sent to the elevator for finished products. Finally, they will be sent to finished product storage. Meanwhile, dusty gas from the grinding mill will be purified by the environmental protection equipment before discharged into the atmosphere.

Working principle:
The cone ball mill is horizontal cylindrical rotation device, driven by brim gearwheel. There are two chambers and grid. Material goes into the first chamber through the feeding inlet. Inside the first chamber, there are stage liners and ripple liners as well as steel balls. The shell rotates so as to generate electricity, and this force brings ball to a certain height and then balls drop down by gravity, the impact is the grinding force to the material. Production process by vertical mill
Slag is transported into the plant by truck and stored under the shed. After reclaiming by loader and metering by feeder, the material is delivered and de-ironed into the vertical mill by the belt conveyor and its magnetic separator.
After de-ironing the slag enter the vertical mill for grinding. Dried and grinded slag powder is collected by the separator and sent into the finished product silo by air chute and bucket elevator. The discharged slag is sent back to the mill by conveyor and elevator. The drying heat source is provided by an air heating furnace.

The setâ??s airflow system is closely sealed up and circulated under condition of negative and positive pressure.

PRODUCTION TECHNOLOGY
Raw material ores is exploited from mountain are big size, so it is necessary to crush firstly, in this process, the raw materials will be feed into primary crusher by feeder, then come into secondary crusher. The materials will go into screen after first and secondary crusher, the suitable size material (â?¤25mm) will go to next step. Oversize(ï¼?25mm) material will go back to secondary crusher to crush again. This forms a closed crush circuit.
In this process, material will be grinded into suitable sizes (about 200 mesh) for beneficiation. After grinding material will come to classifier. In classifier, suitable size material will go to next step. Coarse material will go back to ball mill for grind again. This process is a closed grind circuit.
In this process, materials will be separated by flotation, magnetic separator or gravity concentrating machine. We will get the materials that we need.
Process introduction: After beneficiation, there are some residual water in ore concentration. So we have to carry on concentrate dehydration to meet the requirements of transportation and smelting.

Features & advantages
1.Save energy;There are preheating zone, calcination zone, cooling zone from the top to bottom of kiln inside. The flue temperature fall to 170-300C, then come out from the kiln.
2.The shell of kiln use four layer refractory in vertical masonry, good effect of thermal insulation, the temperature of shell will be controlled higher 60C than environment, save energy remarkably.
3.Long service life of refractory, the material not directly crash the work surface of refractory, but its fraction with work surface by gravity setting. Thus it greatly reduces the wear rate of refractory, the refractory will be used in 6-10 years in normally.

PRODUCTION PROCESS BY BALL MILL
Slag is transported into the plant by truck and stored under the shed. After reclaiming by loader and metering by feeder, the material is delivered into the dryer by belt conveyor for drying. After drying the slag enter the ball mill for grinding. Grinded slag powder is send into the separator by the bucket elevator for grading. Qualified power is sent into the finished product silo by air chute, hoist and elevator. Large particle powders return to ball mill for re-grinding. There is the dust filter at the discharge end of the ball mill. The slag dust is collected and transported into the finished product silo. The drying heat source is provided by an air heating furnace.
PRODUCTION PROCESS BY VERTICAL MILL
Slag is transported into the plant by truck and stored under the shed. After reclaiming by loader and metering by feeder, the material is delivered and de-ironed into the vertical mill by the belt conveyor and its magnetic separator.
After de-ironing the slag enter the vertical mill for grinding. Dried and grinded slag powder is collected by the separator and sent into the finished product silo by air chute and bucket elevator. The discharged slag is sent back to the mill by conveyor and elevator. The drying heat source is provided by an air heating furnace.

PRODUCTION TECHNOLOGY
Raw material ores is exploited from mountain are big size,so it is necessary to crush firstly,in this process,the raw materials will be feed into primary crusher by feeder,then come into secondary crusher.The materials will go into screen after first and secondary crusher, the suitable size material (â?¤25mm) will go to next step. Oversize(ï¼?25mm) material will go back to secondary crusher to crush again. This forms a closed crush circuit.
In this process, material will be grinded into suitable sizes (about 200 mesh) for beneficiation.After grinding material will come to classifier. In classifier, suitable size material will go to next step. Coarse material will go back to ball mill for grind again. This process is a closed grind circuit.

Process introduction: After beneficiation, there are some residual water in ore concentration. So we have to carry on concentrate dehydration to meet the requirements of transportation and smelting.

Product Description
Mine Ball Mill is a key equipment to grind the crushed materials, and the Mine Ball Mill is widely used in powder-making production line including cement, silicate, new-type building material, refractory material, fertilizer, ore dressing of ferrous metal and non-ferrous metal, glass ceramics, etc. And the ball mill can grind various ores and other materials with dry type and wet type. There are two kinds of ball mill, grate type and overfall type due to different ways of discharging material.
Mine Ball Mill can satisfy different requirement, and have good features such as low consumption, high capacity per hour, no pollution to the enviroment around, easy to be repaired.
2. Working Principle of Mine Ball Mill
The Mine Ball Mill is a horizontal rotating device transmitted by the outer gear. The materials are transferred to the grinding chamber through the quill shaft uniformly. There are ladder liner and ripple liner and different specifications of steel balls in the chamber. The centrifugal force caused by rotation of barrel brings the steel balls to a certain height and impact and grind the materials. The ground materials are discharged through the discharging board thus the grinding process is finished.
Dolomite Mill can be used to grind and process variety kinds of non-flammable and non-explosive materials with hardness less than 7 and humidity less than 6% such as dolomite, limestone, gypsum, barite, carbonate calcium, etc, in mining, construction, chemical industry, etc.
Structure:
01. Dolomite is crushed by jaw crusher or hammer crusher to the size required which is suitable for the Dolomite Mill.
02. Then the crushed dolomite are elevated into a hopper by bucket elevator from which the dolomite is transported through the electro-magnetic vibrating feeder evenly and continuously into the grinding chamber for dolomite grinding mill. The rollers oscillate outward to press the ring because of the centrifugal force and the shovel scoops up the dolomite, send to the middle between ring and roller to accomplish the grind.
03. After this, the ground dolomite are carried by the air from the blower into the powder separator (Analyzer Machine) for screening. The fine dolomite powders are blow into the cyclone powder collector and are poured out through the output-powder valve as the final products, and the corase dolomite after the screening will be recycled back into the grinding chamber for regrinding. The set?s airflow system is closely sealed up and circulated under condition of negative and positive pressure.

Mined limestone is delivered to the crusher for crushing by the belt conveyor, limestone after crushing ,clay, iron powder etc will be ground into powder by ball mill or vertical mill, and then transported by air delivery chute to raw meal homogenization silo for storing and further material mix. Raw meal shall get into the preheating decomposition system after homogenization where decomposition rate is about 95%, and raw meal is calcined into clinker in the rotary kiln, the formation of clinker. Clinker, gypsum and mixture is ground into qualified fineness cement in the cement mill. Powder classifier is adopted to adjust the fineness of cement, realizing energy saving production. Cement packing machine and automatic loading machine are used for bagged cement delivery, and cement bulk device for cement canning leaving factory.

The dryer is customized for drying coarse sand. We fabricate according to the drawing confirmed with customer. The thickness of steel plate is 16mm. It adapts rock wool, galvanized plate and anchoring parts as heat preservation material. The transmission is gear drive. The dryer is without feeding and discharging device.
The achievement of cooling system for 3t/h corn residue in South Korea
This project was built in South Korea, the customer has a full pressing plant for wet milled corn germ, the meal after crushed at the inlet of the cooler temp. 90~100, expect cooling to ambient temperature+5 or + 10, the process capacity is 3,000 kg/h and power supply is 220v/60hz.
