CNC Controlling System
The matching speed of whole machine, from material feeding, to automatic feeder, punch press and forming punch, is controlled by this system, including multistage punch during forming punch. And match speed is very important for the high speed production line. Through this system, workers could adjust speed by screem touch, with full English vision.
Automatic Feeding Machine
Material sheets will be moved to correct area by automatic feeding machine, before the punch press, all the operation is done by mechanical hand. And each transfer is controlled according punch process speed, by the CNC controlling system.
Automatic Feeder
Through mechanical hand, the scroll sheet will be moving after each punch process, by the precise parameter control. Based the different material or design, the workers could adjust it.
Punch Press
The punch press will choose the best punch brand in China, Yangli Brand, to ensure work stability and service life. The first punch is to cut material down, with a jumior forming, then jumior products will be transferred to second punch process, by the conveyor.
Forming Punch
Whole machine line will need 1 or 2 forming punch, it depends on the final product request. And we choose YANGLI brand, with multistage punch die, each forming punch process 2 or 4 times drawing, to finish final products. The processing includes edge cut, stamping, curling and others.
