The Paras Group Tea
In the early 1950s, visionary D.P. Sangoi moved from Kutch to Raipur, laying the foundation for a remarkable legacy. Starting with a small rice mill, he later expanded into dal and poha milling. In 1968, his son Shantilal, Mechanical Engineer, joined him, forming a dynamic partnership.
In 1984, they moved to a 13-acre site in Urla Industrial Estate, marking a transformative era. A solvent plant followed in 1986, driving growth.Over time,three more sons joined, managing finance and manufacturing. By 2000, they had two solvent plants, an edible oil refinery, and a vanaspati unit, becoming Indiaâ??s top Sal fat exporter.
By 2022,they established a state-of-the-art rice mill and a parboiling unit in 2023. Today, the Sangoi family leads a thriving enterprise across multiple sectors, driven by excellence and innovation.
