Insulation Bricks are used for hot face & back up insulation lining of Boiler, Reheating furnace, Blast furnace, reactor chamber, high temperature furnace etc. Insulation Bricks are providing energy efficiency by minimising heat loss. They have feature of low density, high purity, low thermal conductivity, excellent thermal shock resistance. Types of Insulation Bricks: Cold Face Insulation Bricks Hot Face Insulation Bricks HFK Insulation Bricks Porosint Insulation Bricks Sizes: Standard 9 * 4.5 * 3 Inch
At Gremlog Trading DMCC, we're proud to offer a sustainable alternative for spent refractory bricks. Instead of discarding them, we recycle these bricks into valuable raw materials with various applications. Our recycled refractory bricks can be used in powder coating, road-base aggregate, metallurgical processes, as slag conditioners, and even as feedstock for cement production. This not only reduces waste but also provides cost-effective options for industries. Moreover, these recycled materials can be directly reused in the manufacturing of new refractory bricks, closing the loop on sustainability. Join us in our mission to promote environmental responsibility while meeting your industrial needs. Contact Gremlog Trading DMCC today to learn more about our Recycled Spent Refractory Bricks.
Mullite bricks refer to high-alumina refractories with mullite as the main crystalline phase, and the general alumina content is between 65% ~ 75%. It is mainly used for hot blast furnace top, blast furnace body and bottom, glass melting furnace regenerator, ceramic sintering kiln, petroleum cracking system dead angle furnace lining, etc. Mullite bricks have high refractoriness, up to more than 1790 C, and have good thermal shock resistance. There are two types: sintered mullite bricks and fused mullite bricks. The crystallization of fused mullite is larger than that of sintered mullite, and the thermal shock resistance is better than that of sintered products. Aluminum content: 65-90% Standard brick size: 230*115*65mm Compressive strength at room temperature: 100-120MPa Good thermal shock resistance:
Hanger & shoulder Fire bricks are special type of brick which are form of Refractory ceramic material. It is used for Roof lining of Boiler, furnace, kiln, fireplaces & fireboxes. Hanger & Shoulder Brick are used for Reheating furnace roof. There are three qualities of Hanger & shoulder brick as per their specification 40% Alumina Hanger & Shoulder Brick 50% Alumina Brick Hanger & Shoulder Brick 70% Alumina brick Hanger & Shoulder Brick
Acid Resistance bricks & Tile are special form of masonry bricks which are chemically resistant and thermally durable. These are used for masonry construction and flooring which is prone to chemical attack. These products are classified as per the different standard. Class - I Class - II Sizes of Bricks: 230 x 115 x 75 mm, 230 x 115 x 65 mm, 230 x 115 x 38 mm, 230 x 115 x 25 mm Sizes of Tile: 230 x 115 x 20 mm / 15 mm / 12 mm 200 x 100 x 20 mm / 15 mm/ 12 mm 300 x 300 x 15 mm / 12mm
Performance characteristics: wear resistance, corrosion resistance, peeling resistance, low creep, good thermal shock stability, service life is 1.5 times that of ordinary products; Main uses: Mainly used in blast furnaces, hot blast furnaces, carbon roasting furnaces, carbon calciners, coke ovens, steel barrels, casting systems, boilers, cement kilns, glass kilns and various kiln lining and thermal equipment, etc., suitable for metallurgy, machinery, building materials, casting, ceramics, electric power, petroleum, chemical and other industries.
