Desiccated Coconut is the deshelled, pared, washed, milled, blanched, sifted, shredded, unsweetened, dried and hygienically packed white meat of fresh and mature coconuts, which has the natural taste, flavor and aroma of fresh coconuts. And graded by its cutting size ( medium, fine, and superfine).
DC has 2 types : High Fat Desiccated Coconut (HFDC) and Low Fat Desiccated Coconut (LFDC).
Our Desiccated Coconut is consistently produced and handled under conditions meeting Codex General Principles of Food Hygiene , EU, and FDA Good Manufacturing Practices and complying with all current national and international food legislations and applicable regulatory codes.
