Generally, shaft forgings are completed in the following three stages. The first stage: forging and compaction are required for loose and porosity defects of steel to obtain forged microstructure, meet mechanical properties requirements. The second stage: complete forging of internal porosity defects to prevent new internal cracks. The third stage: control the generation of mixed crystal.
