Galvalume/Aluzinc Steel, also known as hot-dip Al-Zn coated steel, is a kind of steel made of cold rolled steel with different strength and thickness as substrate. It is produced through applying Al-Zn on both faces of the substrate by hot dip process. The composition by weight ratio of each major element is 55% aluminum, 43.4% zinc and 1.6% silicon. The thickness of the products ranges from 0.12mm to 2.5mm, and the coating weight is Z30-150g/m2. Regarding the hardness (HRB), our galvalume steel has soft hard (
Asian Pearl Industry Limited can produce different specifications of electro galvanized steel coil and hot dip galvanized steel coil products. We can produce our galvanized steel coil products according to different international standards such as EN10147, ASTM-A653, JIS G3302, etc. The thickness of the products ranges from 0.105mm to 4mm, and the zinc coating weight is Z30-600g/m2. Regarding the hardness (HRB), our galvanized steel has soft hard (
Asian Pearl Industry Limited can produce different specifications of canned tomato paste products. The main products come in packs of 70g, 210g, 400g, 800g, 2200g and 4500g. The main brixâ??s range include 18-20%, 22-24%, 24-26% and 28-30%. Other weight or brixs specifications can be customized according to clients requirements. We can also provide OEM production service with customers brand and labels available.
Tin Free Steel is also called Chromium Coated Steel or TFS. TFS is an electrolytic chrome plated steel consisting of a thin layer of chromium and a layer of chromium oxide deposited on the steel base. TFS has a very beautiful metallic chrome luster, excellent paint adhesion, excellent heat resistance, excellent filiform rust resistance, excellent sulphide resistance property and alkali resistance property. But the weldability and formability of TFS is not as good as ETP. And TFS is not compatible with soldering, TFS is often used in the manufacture of two-piece cans, shallow-drawn cans, crown caps, screw caps, can tops, all kinds of easy open ends (EOE), food package bottoms, lug caps, electronic accessories and cables, etc. We can provide TFS with various specifications with temper ranging from T1 to T5 and DR7M to DR10. The ID of the TFS's packaging coil has 420mm and 508mm in options.
Electrolytic Tinplate is a thin cold rolled steel sheet coated by tin. Itâ??s also called ETP or Tinplate. The tinplate has excellent corrosion resistance, excellent paintability and printability, excellent solderability and weldability, also excellent formability and certain strength and hardness. The surface of the tinplate is bright and beautiful. The tin layer is non-toxic and tasteless, it can prevent the iron on the original steel plate from being dissolved into the package. Depends on the purpose of use, various of pictures can be printed on the surface of the tinplate to beautify the goods. The tinplate is widely used in the manufacturer of three-piece cans, two-piece cans, chemical barrels, aerosol cans, all kinds of fancy cans, crown caps, beer caps, food package bottom caps, easy open ends (EOE), electronic accessories, cables and battery iron, etc. We can provide tinplate (ETP) with various coating thickness with temper ranging from T1 to T5 and DR7M to DR10. The ID of the ETPâ??s packaging coil has 420mm and 508mm in options.

We are able to supply Tin in many forms including LME registered and non registered, ingots, slabs, bars, foil, granules, powder, anodized activated powder, shot, wire, sticks, ingots, and “mossy tin”. Tin is a silvery-white metal, is malleable, somewhat ductile, and has a highly crystalline structure. The element has two colours, with a cubic structure which changes at allotropic forms. On warming it is grey, the ordinary form of the metal. When Tin is cooled below 13.2°C, it changes slowly from white to grey or tetragonal structure. This change is affected by impurities such as Aluminium and Zinc, and can be prevented by small additions of Antimony or Bismuth.
