Galvalume/Aluzinc Steel, also known as hot-dip Al-Zn coated steel, is a kind of steel made of cold rolled steel with different strength and thickness as substrate. It is produced through applying Al-Zn on both faces of the substrate by hot dip process. The composition by weight ratio of each major element is 55% aluminum, 43.4% zinc and 1.6% silicon.
