We are making A2 GHEE from milk of GIR COW. Our dairy farm is established in an area of 12.50 Acres land. The Cow shed design is developed as per global designs to allow proper sunlight and air circulation, to give best conform to the cows. We are growing Green Fodder on our own land, with no use of pesticides, to give them the natural taste of fodder. We are producing about 70 Kgs of GIR COW GHEE. The GHEE is produced in a traditional way, from Curd to Butter (thru churning of curd) to Ghee.

A2 Gir Cow Cultured Desi Ghee is made using fresh Gir cow milk. The milk is brought to a boil and naturally cooled down to room temperature and inoculated with a natural starter culture and left overnight to make yoghurt.
