Mode of Action :
Azotobacter is the free living nitrogen fixing aerobic bacterium. Azotobacterreleased ammonia into the soil and improve soil fertility, Production of phyto hormones like IAA, Gibberillins and Cytokinins.
Solublization of insoluble phosphate helpful in plant growth, production of some antifungal substances which inhibits the growth of soil fungi like Alternaria, Fusarium, Rhizoctonia, Selerotiacurvularia and Helminthosporium and resulted in lowering the disease incidence. Antagonism against phytopathogens by production of siderophore, antifungal compounds and induction of different enzymes.

Method of application and dosage for Liquid formulation :
Seed Treatment :Take PREMIUM AZOTO 4 - 5 ml per kg of seed
Seedlings Treatment :Take PREMIUM AZOTO 4 - 5 ml per lit.of water. A solution of PREMIUM AZOTO prepared, seedlings are dipped in this solution for 30 minutes before transplanting.
Soil Application : Take 500ml- 1.0 lit. PREMIUM AZOTO for one acre and mixed with 40-50 kg of well decomposed F.Y.M/compost or vermi compost or field soil and broadcast before sowing or broadcast up to 45 days after sowing in the standing crop and irrigate the field.
Drip irrigation :Mix PREMIUM AZOTO 500 ml - 1.0 lit /acre in 100 lit.of water and irrigate the field through drip irrigation.
Compatibility :
Incompatible to the chemical antibioticStreptocyclin and Validamycin with coated on the seed. To get a better result of bio-products, do not mix any chemical pesticides. Alternate spray of chemical pesticides after consulting the company officials.
The microbial population (PSB and others) and its activity i.e. organic acid secretion contribute the changes of potassium mobility from the soil towards plant roots. Rate of non-exchangeable K release and its mechanism are controlled by nature and amount of clay minerals, besides this exploring the role of microbes present in the soil. KMB could be applied individually however it is recommended along with nitrogen fixing bacteria like Rhizobium, Azosprillum and with P-solubilizers respond more with co inoculants and soil application.

Mode of Action :Pseudomonas fluorescens is found to suppress the soil borne diseases caused by pathogens they are well adopted in soil and foliar spray, enhance plant growth promotion and yield and reduced severity in diseases. Pseudomonas are antagonistic to foliar or rhizospheree bacteria and fungi through the production of siderophores and antibiotics. They help in uptake of nutrient and also produce plant growth promoting substances. Iron chelating siderophore antibiotic, hydrogen cyanide and lytic enzymes (Cellulase, Chitnase and protease) produced by pseudomonas are directly involved in the reduction of plant pathogen and induce plant resistance.
Target Diseases : Highly effective to control the Root rot, Stem rot, Collar Rot, Wilt, Blights, Leaf spots, Anthracnose, Alternaria and Downy & W.P.y mildews crop diseases.
Method of Application and Dosage :
Seed Treatment : Mix 5 -10 ml BACTVIPE in 50 ml of water and applied on 1 kg of seed uniformly. Shade dry the seeds for 20 -30 minutes before sowing
Seedlings treatment : Dissolve 250 ml BACTVIPE in 50 lit. of water, Dip seedling root for about half an hour in the suspension and transplant immediately.
Nursery seed bed preparation :Mix 250ml BACTVIPE in 10 kg of well decomposed FYM/compost/Vermicompost and broadcast in 400 Sq.mt. areas incorporate in soil up to15 -20 cm depth.
Drip Irrigation :Mix 750 - 1000 ml BACTVIPE in 100 lit. of water and drench the soil in 1 acre
Horticulture/Vegetable crops : Mix 250 ml BACTVIPE in 100 lit .of water and drench the soil near the root zone up to 15 -20 cm depth for collar rot control with high volume sprayer without Nozzler or big Nozzler.
Mix 10 -25 ml BACTVIPE per plant in sufficient quantity of FYM/Vermin compost/Soil of the field and broadcast in the active root zone of the fruit crop.

Mode of Action : The hyphae of Trichoderma wrap around the pathogen fungi and produce antibiotics and extracellular enzymes, which lyses the cell wall of these pathogens that damage them. The invading fungus eventually collapse and disintegrates.
