Description Two-component Air Drying Acrylic Aliphatic, Non Yellowing polyurethane finish coating. Recommended Use :- This product has excellent weathering resistance additionally it offers excellent resistance to various industrial chemical fumes and splash. This product is recommended as topcoat with suitable primers and undercoats for use in High Chemical & Saline atmosphere for better aesthetics and corrosion resistance in Chemical, Fertilizers, Petrochemical, industrial plants and also for premium industrial equipments. Not recommended for immersion application. Aged epoxy / PU coating should be roughened by emery paper grade 400 / 600 for better bonding. Application Data :- MIXING RATIO : Base: Hardener - As per our recommendations APPLICATION : By Brush / By Conventional Spray / By Airless Spray THINNER : Type 290 POT LIFE : 4 hours min at 30C RECOMMENDED DFT : 30- 40 . OVERCOATING INTERVAL : MIN : 8 hours MAX : 24 hours COMPATIBILITY : Can be applied over Epoxy and Polyurethane primers, intermediate coats and topcoats.
