BW Series Mud Pump
BW Series Mud Pumps are mainly used for supplying flushing fluid to the borehole in core, geothermal, water resource, shallow oil, CBM and other drilling process. The fluid can be divided into mud, water, etc. They also can be used as transfer pumps of the above-mentioned medium. This series of mud pumps are with simple structure and easy to maintain and operate. Piston, lip-shaped and self-sealing type, is made of rubber or PTFE and nylon pads, equipped with shock-resistant pressure gauge, necessary spare parts and special tools. Bi-metal liner can be used to extend service life of pump greatly.
NBB Series Mud Pump

Structural features

Valve rod guide consists of upper parts and lower parts.
Guider (lower) is installed in the inner chamber of the hydraulic cylinder ,for centering and positioning the suction valve body assembly.
The guider consists of the guide way and the inner sleeve embedded in the guide way.The material of the guide way is ZG35CrMo, and the inner sleeve is treated by 20CrMnTi carburization and quenching.

Mud pump is a Horizontal single-stage single suction cantilever centrifugal slurry pump, can be used for transporting solid-liquid two-phase fluid with mine. Can also be used in building materials, paper, food, feed and other departments to transport all kinds of slurry. The maximum transmission, concentration of 50-60% (weight)
Flow manufacturing using wear-resistant alloy material PN type slurry pump, long life. 6 "and 6" mud sand below the impeller and the shaft is connected with the screw, 8 "and 8" above the mud pump used in key connection. Heat-treated and internally hardened for high durability; available in various materials to meet a wide range of applications; standard one or two-piece configuration, with designs available for pressure of 5000psi(35.1mpa), 7500psi(52.7mpa), and 10000psi(70.3mpa); discharge connections available on each side; suction connections on each side or front center.
Material is 35crmoa or 40crmonn alloy forged steel. To get better fiber texture, we use electric stove for second forging, or deoxidation treatment. It is forged from three directions and the forging ratio is not less than 4.0:1.0. It can not have crack, impurity, looseness, overburns, etc. And weld is not allowed. It should be confirming to the stipulation of jb/tq252-81, and should be checked by grade3 after quenching the rough module will be rough processed, then the hull hardness is hb285-330.
