1 HD Paste Product Introduction 1. It is an acrylic polymer mixtures paste which is easy to get thickness with good fastness. 2. It is good operability without screen blocking and has strong 3D effect. 3. Soft with good elastic. Suggest applying for cotton fabrics or cotton blends. Technical Specifications Appearance: Light yellow Paste Iconicity: Anionic PH: 7.0-7.5 Application 1. Suggest using 43T-47T mesh. 2. It is better to get quick thickness with using thick screen. Normally pls using HD Clear for base printing with 6-8 times then prints color for 2-3 times. 3.Pls remember to do curing at temperature at temperature 160 for 2 minutes and put for natural drying 24 hours before doing the wash testing. Usage self-crosslinking type of binder,good compatibility with various pigments,preparation of paste,no fouling or clogging,good stability,directly mixed with pigment and thickener to prepare paste.Low formaldehyde content,can meet the requirements for export,application to pigment printing of various fiber fabrics. Application methods mixed with pigment,thickener and water for paste with stirring,adding some crosslinker(10-15% ratio to binder) will obtain better results,printing,drying and curing at 150¡ãC for 3 mimutes or 170-180¡ãC for 30 seconds.If dosage of pigment is 5-8%,adding 10-20% binder,for printing special dark color,increase the binder dosage. Package and storage:200kg plastic drum,sealed at cool,dry place,validity for 6 months.
