Molding silicone rubber operations:
mould silicone rubber is a kind of flowing liquid, and it consists of two component, part A is aflowable liquid silicone rubber, part B is the curing agent.
Firstly, after your previous work of dealing with the origianal moldel, take some liquid silicone rubber, add 2%~3% cuing agent of the amount of silicon and mix them evenly.

Liquid silicone rubber for gypsum operation instructions
Step one: take 100g of part a and add 2g of part b and mix the silicone rubber and curing agent evenly.

Step two: vacuum pumping
Without exception, this step takes less than 10 minutes.
Note: the time for vacuum-pumping should be less than 3¡ª5 minutes , otherwise, once the silicone rubber has cross-link reaction during vacuum pumping process, it will not be operated.

Step three: pouring the mixture into the frame with original gypsum mold slowly .

Shelf life for liquid silicone rubber
10~12months, when stored in a dry & cool place under the room temperature 25.
