Fennel yields both an herb and a spice. Fennel seeds split into two, one sometimes remaining on the stalk. They are 4 to 8 mm long, thin and curved, with colour varying from brown to light green (the green being superior). We supply Fennel of very special quality upto the desired purity levels.
