To provide the excellent product, before being transported, harvesting of coconuts takes place on our farms in 50-day harvest cycles as it is the ideal harvest time, which helps them stay fresh for long. And those harvested coconuts are stored for 20 days in order to get them well matured. As a further step, they get peeled off and set aside to be graded, in the Tamil region it is known as Kaipakal, by a team of adept and vigorous individuals who have ten years of extensive experience in this field. Getting through this phase, the coconuts that got peeled off are examined twice to ensure quality. Having been graded, those are flawlessly packed. Each bag contains 25 coconuts and gets checked for their weight before being stitched and loaded into the container.
