Livestock liquid nitrogen tank, as a low-temperature container, is usually used to store animal semen. During storage, liquid nitrogen is used as the refrigeration medium. However, the temperature of liquid nitrogen is -196C, and its volatile nature is its constant attribute. Therefore, when the staff opens the liquid nitrogen tank to take out the frozen semen, the contact heat increases as the residence time increases. The sample placed in the bucket will be exposed to part of the normal temperature after being taken out, and the temperature will gradually rise. If it is placed in the liquid nitrogen tank again, the volatilization of liquid nitrogen will also be accelerated. However, the loss of frozen semen is normal. Close the liquid nitrogen pumpâ??s liquid outlet valve; 2. Insert the liquid inlet of the liquid nitrogen pump into the neck of the jar and turn it clockwise until it is tight; 3. Also insert the liquid nitrogen pump outlet into the tank, and seal the liquid nitrogen pump and neck tube with a sealing ring; 4. If it is a foot pump, you can control the liquid discharge by simply stepping on it; if it is an electric pump, you can control the discharge of liquid nitrogen through the mobile phone APP. Generally speaking, the foot pump has a liquid output of about 5L per minute, and the mechanical pump has a liquid output of about 8L per minute. Note: Whether it is a foot-operated or mechanical liquid nitrogen pump, the diameter of the tank is required to be 50mm and the volume is greater than or equal to 10L. Liquid nitrogen tanks that do not meet the conditions cannot be used.
