General: Rustoper (corrosion terminator) VCI resin, a base material used for producing VCI plastic film (a kind of functional plastic film which can be applied to the packing and antirust of ferrous and nonferrous metals), is a functional resin concentrated and refined from PE, compound VCI and multi additives with specific processing technology. Feature/Advantages: 1. The VCI plastic film with excellent performance can be produced with a small amount of such resin added to the formulation, which is of high cost performance. 2. The resin is easy to operate and is extensively applicable to equipment and materials in selection. 3. The resin passes SGS certification and meets RoHS directives. Applicable Metals: The VCI resin is applicable to ferrous metal, alloy steel, cast iron, copper, brass, bronze, plated metal, zinc and its alloy, chrome and its alloy, cadmium and its alloy, nickel and its alloy, tin and its alloy, aluminum and its alloy, and other metal materials and their products. Application Method: 1. Weigh and take respectively the resin and new PE granules according to the established formulation proportion, then mix them evenly and feed them for film blowing production 2. Set the temperatures for the fusion range and mould head range of a blow molding machine according to the requirements, otherwise they will have effects on the quality of VCI film. 3. If it is necessary to produce colored VCI film, control the addition amount of the colored resin granules in the range of the established proportion and its PH value shall be neutral. 4. Seal again the original packaging in time after taking the resin granules to avoid its being affected with damp. Custody and Storage: With sealed package, it shall be kept in a cool, dry place, away from sunshine and no contact with sources of ignition and corrosive materials. Compared with traditional silicone additives, processing and weighing are more convenient, improving the appearance and surface properties are more obvious and the impact on the printing and coating are much smaller. Keysun vci master-batch is a nitrite-free anti-corrosion master-batch designed for both ferrous and most of the non-ferrous metals. The vci (volatile corrosion inhibitor) additives in keysun-vcimb-2100 are partly based on chemicals with enough energy (vapor pressure) to release the active anticorrosion molecules from the film and out in the environmental air to protect the metal packed from corrosion. Extrusion of polyethylene film with sp-vcimb-2001 will produce a finished product that combines the properties of polyethylene resin and the vci which will solve the corrosion problems. It is available with color pigment as well as without color pigment. Without color pigment master-batch, the film will give transparent bluish-green color film White 1*1mm

Since our Roto foam masterbatch is in pulverized form and hence there is saving in pulverization cost to our customer.
In general, normally available pet based masterbatches does not give proper dispersion during the manufacturing of bigger size pet bottles. These masterbatches adversely affect the i.V of the resin and hence there is variation in thickness of the bottles. Separation of layers is also observed which decreases the strength of the bottles. To avoid these drawbacks, m.G.Polyblends has successfully developed a colour masterbatch which consists of pet compatible low molecular weight polymer as a carrier resin along with some specialty dispersing agent, processing aid and stabilizer. This masterbatch has no effect on the i.V value of the polymer and hence there is no variation in the thickness as well strength of the bottles.
