The hermetic fan-cooled condensing units (nf series) uses international brand danfoss ¡¡¨¦copeland and tecumseh compressor, danfoss refrigeration components , abb electricals . Optimization design system and with the condensing temperature controller make the units work always at the best conditions. The cover of the condensing units adopts high quality and antioxidant steel with zinc plating which is antiseptic and having longer service life.
The condensing turbines take high pressure steam, expand it in turbine nozzles and blades, and exhaust it to a condenser at lower than atmospheric pressure. It is principally used when power must be generated with minimum steam consumption. The condensing turbine may also have bleed points (uncontrolled extractions) to satisfy steam e. These type of turbines find application mainly for power generation where bleed steam is required for feed water heating (hp heater, lp heater and deaerator requirement) and / or where bleed steam is utilized to meet small process demands.

Product introduction The plate condenser consists of plates that are welded together in pairs to form a so-called plate set. The concept of a plate set leads to two different types of channels: a weld channel for condensing steam and a gasket seal channel for cooling water. This type of plate is specially designed for optimum condensation. It has an asymmetrical arrangement with a large gap on the steam side and a small gap on the cooling water side. This makes it possible to maintain a very low pressure drop at the steam end while maintaining a certain speed and turbulence on the cooling water side. This maximizes heat transfer efficiency and minimizes fouling. Plate condensers are specially developed for condensing steam under low pressure or vacuum conditions in evaporation and distillation systems.
