Belt conveyer The conveyers consist of standard parts, which are advanced and simple in structure, easy to maintain. Our vibrating equipment is adaptable for stationary and mobile crushing plants. They are widely used in mining, metallurgical and coal industry to transfer sandy or lump material, or packaged material. According to different transferring equipment, the transfer system can be one independently or multi-conveyers or combined with other transfer equipments. The belt conveyer can be installed horizontally or aslope to meet the needs of different transfer lines. The belt conveyers produced by sjlc can be operated in the circumstance temperature range from -20f¬ to +40f¬. The temperature of transferred material by this belt conveyer should be lower than 50f¬. The types of the belt conveyers produced by sjlc are as follows: 1. Devided by driving method: A. Stdf+mechanical drive Itf+s driven by cycloidal pinwheel reducer (with outdoor motor ) and chain-drive mechanism. B. Stdj mechanical drive series . It adopts upside-down reducer and belt-drive mechanize. C. Std-electric rotor drive series Itf+s driven by electric rotor. 2. Divided by installation methods A. Fixed series Itf+s directly installed on foundation. B. Sdy-portable series Itf+s equipped with type for moving and slope adjusting capability, it can be easily, it can be reely moved and adjusted by different transfer requirements 3. Fabrication material : including aisi 304, aisi304l, aisi 316, aisi316l, ss 309, aisi 310, aisi 314, etc. Application: used in sintering, brazing, pharmacy, drying, chemical, glass industry, electric, high temperature equipment, heat treating, transit baking industry and food processing, etc. Material selection : Ss 309 : with a relatively high chromium content of 25%, this alloy provides good oxidation resistance up to 1700ípf(927ípc). Due to instability of the scale formed on this alloy under some conditions, its primary value is in applications where the environment is destructive to high nickel alloys. In these applications where sulphur, lead or zinc may be present, it is particularly useful by virtue of its high chromium content and low nickel content. It also is subject to carbide precipitation in the 800ípf(426ípc) to 1500ípf(816ípc) range and a low carbon or stabilized alloy should be used where the environment is 1500ípf range and a low carbon or stabilized alloy should be used where the environment is corrosive. Aisi 310 : this alloy is quite similar to type314 except for a lower silicon content. It is used primarily where a relatively high chromium and nickel content is needed and the belt must withstand moist corrosion. Aisi 314 : this alloy is extensively used for belts operating at temperatures up to 2100ípf(1149ípc). Its composition provides a high degree of oxidation resistance at high temperatures and good carburization resistance.
