During last decade Guar has immerged as an important industrial raw material and Produced by man for thousands of years. India has been the single largest producer and exporter of Guar gum accounting for more than 80 percent of the global output and trade. Guar has now assumed a larger role among the domesticated plants due to its unique functional properties. India Ranks First in the production of guar which is grown in the North Western part of the Country which mainly includes the states of Rajasthan, Gujarat, Haryana and Punjab. Other main countries are Pakistan, U.S.A and Brazil The by-product of Guar Gum industry consisting of the outer seed coat and germ material is called guar meal. The Guar meal after gum Extraction is a potential source of protein and contains about 42% crude protein which is one and a half times more than the level of protein in guar seed. The protein content in guar meal is well comparable with that of oil cakes. It is used as a feed for livestock including poultry. Guar meal contains two deleterious factors i.e. residual guar gum and trypsin inhibitor, Toasting of Guar Gum improves its nutritive value in chicks. Toasted guar Meal can be used in limited quantity i.e. Up to 10% in Poultry diet. However it can replace groundnut cake by almost 100% in animal feeds. Guar Gum (Galactomanan) is a high molecular weight carbohydrate polymer made up of a large number of mannose and galactose unit linked together. The crude Guar Gum is a greyish white powder 90% of which dissolves in water. It is non ionic polysaccharide based on the milled endosperm of the guar bean whose average. Composition is: Hydrocolloid: 23% Fats: 40% Proteins: 34% The most important property of the Guar is its ability to hydrate rapidly in cold water to attain a very high viscosity at relatively low concentrations. Its specific colloidal nature gives the solution an excellent thickening power which is 6 to10 times thicker than that obtained from starch. It is stable over a wide range of PH and it also improves the flow ability and pump ability of the fluid. It is a superior friction loss reducing agent.
Roasted Guar Korma has been developed as a product free of antinutritive factors with balanced Amino Acid Profile. Suitable for Poultry, Swine, Ruminant and Aquaculture. Processed with heat and steam, inactivates harmful trypsin inhibitor which indirectly enhances protein and Amino acids digestibility in the product resulting in increased productivity of livestock and poultry. This process also reduces gummy substance by hydrolysing glactomannan and heat breaks cell walls resulting in higher digestibility of Guar Korma. The anti-nutritive trypsin inhibitor is present in both Soybean and Guar seed, but gets inactive when processed into Soybean meal and Guar meal respectively. We have two qualities of Roasted Guar Korma namely ULTRA and PREMIUM In Roasted Guar Korma ULTRA, the minimum protein content is 48 % and in Roasted Guar Korma PREMIUM, the minimum protein content is 55 %. The other nutritional and Amino Acid values of ULTRA and PREMIUM Roasted Guar Korma are listed below:- • Higher percentage of Crude Protein (CP) • Free From Aflatoxins • Higher Digestibility Index, due to the removal of anti-nutritive factors • More desirable and balanced Amino acid Profile • Higher Energy content and fat percentage • Lower percentage of less digestible Fibre • Higher Palatability, complete elimination of characteristic bean odour and taste. • Low content of Total Volatile Nitrogen (TVN) • Free flowing, uniform fine particle size with good fat and water binding ability NUTRITIONAL VALUES ULTRA PREMIUM Protein 48% – 50% 55% – 60% Metabolize Energy 2550 KCal/Kg 2700 KCal/Kg Moisture Less Than 8% Less Than 6% Fiber 6% – 8% 4% – 5% Fat 5.00% 5.00% Ash/ Sand Silica Less Than 2% Less Than 1% Calcium 0.55% 0.55% Phosphorus 0.68% 0.68% Available Phosphorus 0.19% 0.19% Urease Activity Less Than 1% Less Than 1% Pepsin Digestibility 85.00% 85.00% Trypsin Inhibitor Less Than 1 Less Than 1 Aflatoxins NIL NIL Salmonella NIL NIL E.Coli NIL NIL

Guar gum is the gum derived from the seeds of guar plant. It is botanically called as cyamopsis tetragonoloba. Guaran is yet another term used to refer to guar gum. Guar seeds have high level of low-shear viscosity than other hydrocolloids. Guar gum is also referred as guarkernmehl, guaran, goma guar, gomme guar and galactomannan in different nations. Guar gum is comparatively as cost effective option when compared to other traditional thickeners and stabilizers. It is also an effective binder, emulsifier and plasticizer. The polysaccharide present in guar gum contains high amount of galactose and mannose. Endosperm of guar seeds are used in many sectors of industries like mining, petroleum, drilling and textile., food products, pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, water treatment, mining, drilling, explosives, confectioneries and many more. Since a long time Guar Gum can be also named as a hydrocolloid, is treated as the key product for humans and animals as it has a very high nourishing property. Guar gum is widely used as a guar gum emulsifying, guar gum for food that is food ingredients, guar gum thickening, pet food additives and gelling additives. Plantago ovata as a plantago ovata for food and guar gum manufacturer provide guar gum for food nutraceuticals guar gum for textile.
Guar gum, also called guaran, is a galactomannan . It is primarily the ground endosperm of guar beans the guar seeds are dehusked, milled and screened to obtain the guar gum. It is typically produced as a free-flowing, off-white powder.Guar gum and its derivatives are widely used in various industries as per its needs. It is used in industries such as food, animal feed, textile, pharmaceuticals, personal care, health care, nutrition, cosmetics, paper, explosives, mining and oil drilling. Guar Gum
The guar gum is mechanically extracted by roasting, differential attrition, sieving and polishing of guar seeds. When the polished endosperm are removed and separated from the fine layer of fibrous material a husk and refined guar splits are obtained. The sieved gum is then passed through the blenders to make it homogenous and later it is packed.
It is basically the endosperm part of the guar seed which is commercially extracted from the seeds by a mechanical process of cracking, roasting, differential attrition, sieving and polishing. The seeds are crack opened and the germ is separated from the endosperm. It is refined endosperm derived from guar seed or cluster bean (cyamoperm tetragonoloba) non ionic polysaccharide galacomannan. It is mechanically separated from guar seed which yields 28-30% of Refined Split. Guar beans are harvested and dried following the growing season. The beans are shelled from the pods, the germ and husk removed. The resulting splits are wet-milled into powder; the powder is graded by granulation and quality. Guar Gum Split with its versatile inherent properties is used all over the globe with different utilities in many industries like Petroleum (Oil drilling), textile, printing, food pharma, cosmetic, toiletries paper, tanneries, mining, explosives, pet food etc. These industries use Guar Gum in powder form either directly plain Guar Gum Powder or in derived form. Guar Gum is a white to yellowish white powder. It is nearly odourless. Fine finished Guar Gum Powder is available in different viscosities and different granulometrics depending on the desired viscosity development and application.
We ultra febtech - an iso 9001:2008 certified company engaged in manufucturing of guar gum pants to convey the material. The plant has been configured and designed in such a way that minimum work force will require. The guar split will be fed in to the pneumatic system to feed in to the turbo screen. The turbo screen is suggested at the high of plant. The screening will be employed for the removal of foreign matter. This screened material will be stored in a storage hopper. The guar splits will fall from the screens by gravity to the storage hopper, which is configured below the screen. From storage hopper material can be taken in to double cone mixer as and when required by gravity for the rehydrating of guar splits. All the rehydrated guar split will be sent to the hopper of flakers at a time by gravity. Flakers will crush the guar splits and crushed guar splits will go into the ultrafine grinder at the uniform rate. Ultrafine grinder is proposed for the grinding of crushed guar splits. This grinder has ability to grind the material without generating too much heat. Material will be fed into the dryer. Oil will be the media to convey the heat and deliver to the air. This hot air will take the material into the dryer line where actual drying will take place. Attached cyclone system will separate the material and hot air. To heat the oil thermal boiler will be used. The material will be screened through centrifugal screen. Material passing through the screen will be again screened through turbo screens as additional control. This material will be sold as a premium product. Oversize of the centrifugal screen will be screened through turbo screen to separate another grade in terms of particle size followed by additional screening. The oversize will be screened through another turbo screen to separate another grade. Oversize will be passed through another grinder. The material will be passed through another screen. Oversize will be recycled to the same grinder.
