Industrial GPRS data collection device for digital signals of industrial systems and pulse signals of residential meters Cost-effective, C-rail mountable industrial modem for receiving digital signals and collecting pulse signals of residential meters. The modem is capable of continuously counting the pulse signals of up to 4 meter systems. The device transmits the calculated input signal values through Modbus TCP protocol to query servers Modbus TCP. The queries of the data sets are performed periodically (e.g. in every 15 minutes) depending on the server value set. When it has to receive signals from more than 4 devices, we suggest using the M2M IO/RS485 CONCENTRATOR® which has 32 input lines. In this case the device requests the concentrator input counter status through the modems RS485 interface, and fowards the received Modbus RTU reply through Modbus TCP protocol to query the servers Modbus TCP. The modem can initiate queries through its RS485 interface towards several concentrators input lines. Furthermore, the modem can switch external devices (optionally) with the help of its 2 relay outputs. Communication Supporting GSM/GPRS (Gemalto® industrial module) 4 inputs (digital or pulse/voltage) 2 relay outputs (optional) Software/Configuration Modbus protocol communication Modbus Gateway Consumption meter compatibility (receiving and counting pulse signals) Configuration software (on RS232 or RS485 port) Extras Memory for storage of applications, data (with ftp possibility) External IO-expansion (optional for receiving 32 inputs per module) Firmware upgrades (ftp server) Safety External battery connection (spare power supply) Watchdog circuit and system monitoring, log Automatic mobile network connection recovery Application Data collection (digital or pulse signal) Forwarding data of industrial systems Smart metering (remote readout) Measurement and data collecting systems Remote monitoring of devices Monitoring of input lines Remote control (optional)
Easy to configure wireless Narrow-Band/IoT pulse counter, voltage/contact signal transmitter with Modbus RTU, remote monitoring and output control for utilities, companies, industry Cost-effective wireless pulse counter, input signal transmitter for industrial companies and utility providers. It is receiving and counting incoming digital signals (contact/voltage/pulse) of connected meters (1 to 8 water or gas meters), measurement devices â?? through IO port. The communicator is providing wireless data transmitting through the Narrow-Band mobile network to the data center. Suitable for answering Modbus RTU request of a Scada system, where it is responsing meter count data towards to the centre. It is also useful for remote monitoring of inputs (external device current status) and for output control (remote switch or gate opening). Easy to configure (remote, local by a free tool), easy to use. The communicator can be accessed remotely. The data evaluation on server side, where we offer our EMR Metering® platform. Remote management due to the M2M Device Manager®. Application - Utility providers - Smart metering - Industrial measurement - Companies, offices, hotels - Residential communities - Device monitoring & surveillance
Scalable, smart street lighting switcher with remote control and NB-IoT (Narrow-Band) Cat.M1 & LTE-M access Cost-effective smart modem with lighting monitoring, remote and central switching control of street lighting units (street lamps). Using a switch box and smart metering router â?? as one device. The device is capable of receiving the P1 customer interface data of the WM-E3S electricity metering modems. Also counts switches and the amount of lighting hours, using daylight saving time â?? according to the current time zone. The device is connecting via Narrow-Band mobile network â?? via OSLP protocol â?? to the server through secure authentication and it serves relay switch requests. The lighting switch can be initiated remotely from the head-end centre, on-demand or in scheduled intervals (according the current daylight savi ng). It provides reports from the daily events (immediately/pre-defined intervals â?? due to the local event storage feature). Secure and future-proof solution, which offers reliable and efficient services due to central monitoring, control. Low investment solution, while decrease the outages, saving cost (optimize the lightin operation hours). You donâ??t need to mess with routers, control boxes anymore â?? maintain a clear and simple smart grid! The scalable, flexible M2M Device Manager® provides remote management and monitoring features of the devices for the everyday operation of the street lighting, firmware updates, assures remote configuration for the devices. Features - Central switching for authorized persons only - 4pcs relay for control (two switch modes) - Light switching by schedules, depending on weekdays/sunset/geo-position â?? or by on-demand - Event and operation monitoring and reporting - Remote parametring, fw updates, reboot - Supercapacitor against outages - Security features Application - Energy service providers - Utility companies - Street Light providers - Energy suppliers - Smart Grid operators - Lighting maintenance - Smart city
