Product Description
Because the sulfonated asphalt contains sulfonic acid group, its hydration effect is very strong. When it is adsorbed on the shale interface, it can prevent the hydration and dispersion of shale particles and play an anti sloughing effect. At the same time, the water-insoluble part can fill the pore throat and fracture, play a plugging role, and can cover the shale interface to improve the quality of mud cake. Sulfonated asphalt also plays a role in lubricating and reducing high temperature and high pressure filtration rate in drilling fluid. 1 is a multifunctional organic drilling fluid treatment agent for plugging, sloughing, lubrication, drag reduction and inhibition.
2. Lubrication and drag reduction, reducing the lifting capacity and torque of drilling tools, prolonging the service life of bit, preventing and removing sticking;
3. Forming thin and tough mud cake to strengthen the wellbore. It can be used in combination with other mud treatment agents. The recommended dosage is 1-6%.

Bitumen is widely used in the construction of asphalt roads and bituminous membrane products. Bitumen is commonly used to build highways, motorways and rail networks. Bitumen a black viscous mixture of hydrocarbons obtained naturally or as a residue from petroleum distillation. It is used for road surfacing and roofing. Bitumen is a mixture of Organic Liquids that are highly Viscous, Black, Sticky, Entirely Soluble in Carbon Disulfide, and composed primarily of highly condensed Polycyclic Aromatic Hydrocarbons. Naturally occurring or crude bitumen is a sticky, tar-like form of petroleum which is so thick and heavy that it must be heated or diluted before it will flow. At room temperature, it is much like cold molasses. Refined Bitumen is the residual (bottom) fraction obtained by fractional distillation of crude oil. It is the heaviest fraction and the one with the highest boiling point, boiling at 525 C (977 F).
