Voltage Range IEC station post insulators manufacture in full accordance to IEC60273. Operating rod columns for disconnectors are manufactured corresponding to the relevant post insulators. Insulation requirements are available in ratings from BIL 60kV to 2550kV. TR station post insulators manufacture in full accordance with ANSI C29.9. Insulation requirements are available in ratings from 95 kV to 2050 kV. Special requirements can be also offered upon request. Standard post insulators conforms to specifications of IEC 60273 and ANSI-C29.9. Application The post insulator up to 500kV can be used for switchgears, disconnectors and substations.

High Strength Porcelain Insulators for Resistor
35kV--500kV outdoor solid core post insulators are used in outdoor power stations, substations, distribution installation and electrical equipment for insulating and supporting. The insulators are suitable for use in ambient temperature from -40fª to 40 fª, partial products are used at an altitude up to 4000 meters. The insulators are divided into normal type and anti-pollution type .Anti-pollution type insulators are suitable for used in medium and heavy polluted areas. The insulators are of solid core construction which possesses advantages of long service life, ensured service safety and minimum maintenance work. In order to guarantee the mechanical property of the insulators, each porcelain piece is checked the internal fault by a ultra-sonic detect or so as to eliminate unqualified product . The insulators can be manufactured, tested in accordance with IEC60168 and IEC60273. Other standards such as ANSI, DIN and BS are also available.

PORCELAIN INSULATOR EXTERNAL TYPE MEDIUM VOLTAGE SEPARATORS Porcelain Insulator External type medium voltage separators are manufactured with fuse and grounded with fuse. They are designed for working at medium voltage networks up to 36 kV. It is TSE certified according to TS EN62271-102 standard and conforms to TEDAÅ? specification. Separators are three phase and they can be manufactured as double poled mono-phase upon request. Type tests have been performed at ICMET CRAIOVA High Power Laboratory and it has passed from all tests successfully. Separators are used for separating transmission lines in order to perform repair works at certain parts of medium voltage networks. Therefore separated line can be seen easily. Separation mechanism can be delivered as manual controlled or drive controlled.
