35kV--500kV outdoor solid core post insulators are used in outdoor power stations, substations, distribution installation and electrical equipment for insulating and supporting. The insulators are suitable for use in ambient temperature from -40fª to 40 fª, partial products are used at an altitude up to 4000 meters. The insulators are divided into normal type and anti-pollution type .Anti-pollution type insulators are suitable for used in medium and heavy polluted areas. The insulators are of solid core construction which possesses advantages of long service life, ensured service safety and minimum maintenance work. In order to guarantee the mechanical property of the insulators, each porcelain piece is checked the internal fault by a ultra-sonic detect or so as to eliminate unqualified product . The insulators can be manufactured, tested in accordance with IEC60168 and IEC60273. Other standards such as ANSI, DIN and BS are also available.
Types: Porcelain disc insulator/suspension insulator, pin insulator, line post insulator, station post insulator. DISC INSULATORS Porcelain disc insulators are the most widely used in strings, they can be used for any voltage depending on the numberof units mounted in series for transmission and distribution lines. Voltage & Mechanical Range 11kV-765kV. 40kN-300kN. Application The insulators are designed to be suitable for different types of polluted zones and mechanical strength according to client's requrests. Life expectancy of these insulators are extremely high but may be adversely affected if operated beyond specified limits of electrical or mechanical stress. STATION POST INSULATOR the most comprehensive range of porcelain post insulators up to highest system voltages with the most progressive technology, engineering and life time. Short production time, tighter tolerances, flexible design, extra-high mechanical strength and extended creepage distances are possible by wet/dry process. Voltage Range IEC station post insulators manufacture in full accordance to IEC60273. Operating rod columns for disconnectors are manufactured corresponding to the relevant post insulators. Insulation requirements are available in ratings from BIL 60kV to 2550kV. TR station post insulators manufacture in full accordance with ANSI C29.9. Insulation requirements are available in ratings from 95 kV to 2050 kV. Special requirements can be also offered upon request. Standard post insulators conforms to specifications of IEC 60273 and ANSI-C29.9. Application The post insulator up to 500kV can be used for switchgears, disconnectors and substations.

Application :- The XLPE (Cross Link Poly Ethylene) Power Cables are used under ground as well as over head transmission of power in power plants, industries, projects and all other electrical installations. Features :- Manufactured from bright annealed 99.97% pure bare copper & aluminum conductors. These cables are insulated with XLPE compound. Taped/Extruded inner sheath. Round steel wire / flat galvanised steel grip armoured. The outer sheaths can be PVC, HR PVC, FRLS or FR depending upon the application and requirement. Technical Advantage of XLPE Insulation :- Higher current rating, higher short circuit rating (approx 1.2 times that of PVC), thermosetting in nature, higher insulation resistance (1000 times more than PVC cables), higher moisture resistance, better resistance to surge currents, low dielectric losses, better resistance to chemicals and corrosion, longer service life. Comparatively higher cable operating temperature 90�°C and short circuit temperature 250�°C.
