Generally 10% - 20% of the weight of an old passenger car tyre usually consists of steel. An average shredding plant produces about 100-200 MT of steel tyre wire and its quality can vary according to technology, storing and management systems adopted by the producing plants. 1. Basalt short fiber - a new material to replace steel fiber. Basalt short fiber is an inorganic mineral fiber with a length of less than 50mm, which can be evenly dispersed in cement concrete. 2. Characteristics of basalt short fiber (1) the specific gravity of steel fiber is 7.8 and that of cement concrete is 2.5. After mixing, the specific gravity of steel fiber is higher than that of cement, and the cement will sink and have poor dispersion. The specific gravity of basalt short fiber is 2.6, which is basically equivalent to that of cement concrete. After mixing, it does not sink, has good dispersion, is degradable, and is green. The road surface will not be as hard as steel fiber, resulting in car driving noise.. (2) Basalt staple fiber is a real "multifunctional" fiber. Acid and alkali resistance (especially alkali resistance, fully applicable to cement concrete), low and high temperature resistance, insulation and sound insulation. The tensile strength is three times that of steel fiber. The corrosion resistance of basalt fiber is better than that of steel fiber. The compressive strength is 20% higher than that of steel fiber, which is suitable for harsh environment. It has excellent comprehensive performance. (3) Low cost. The price of basalt fiber used in cement concrete is significantly lower than that of 50% steel fiber. (4) Natural compatibility. Basalt fiber is a typical silicate fiber, which is easy to disperse when mixed with cement concrete and mortar. Fresh basalt fiber concrete has stable volume, good workability and durability, and has excellent high temperature resistance, impermeability, crack resistance and impact resistance.

The stock appears heterogeneous and contains all kind of cut or dismantled steel parts such as sheets, bars, frames, wires, bolts and other iron/steel household residues. The incinerated scrap is eventually oxidized, due to the thermal and cooling treatments, that the material has been submitted to. The burnt scrap also contains minor slag parts, ash and iron oxide, due to the recovery process. Such components are inherent and adhere to the scrap surface. The total impurities, can be sorted, but not fully removed. The consignment does not contain any type of arms, ammunition, mines, shells, cartridges, radioactive contaminated, or any other explosive material in any form either used or otherwise. The collected stock, is stored in open air, on cemented flooring. Due to the scrap dimensions and the material conditions, this particular scrap, should be carefully evaluated first, by the end users, to confirm its adequate recovery ratio and its suitability to be re-melted in the electric arc furnace. The melting point of polyester is the temperature at which a solid crystalline substance changes from a solid state to a liquid. So it reflects the purity of polyester. Generally speaking, pure polyester is a partially crystalline polymer with a melting point of 265. But during actual production, some impurities exist in the polyester due to various side reactions. At the same time, the defects of polymer crystals and the difference in crystallinity will also affect the melting point. The common type of low melt polymer is 110. But we can also offer a melting point of 90, 120, 160, and 180.
