The cryogenic air separation plants (asp) are intended for production of oxygen, nitrogen, argon and rare gas mixtures from ambient air via low-temperature distillation. For over half-century history we have manufactured and supplied about 600 plants of various capacities to many countries of the world. With the purpose of maximum fulfillment of customers' requirements, the enterprise is manufacturing asps according to individual projects of the customers with due regard for their specific features of production capabilities and available infrastructure. The plants feature the most up-to-date circuit designs; they are completed with assemblies and units from leading domestic and foreign manufacturers and are characterized by a high level of automation, safety and low specific power consumption. Our enterprise manufactures asps both with complex recovery of gaseous and liquid products, and for production of individual gases (oxygen and nitrogen) with delivery of separation products at a common and/or high pressure, and with a controlled capacity. The plants of small and medium capacities have a modular design, with maximum factory readiness. The range includes cylinders of water capacity of 11.2 L, 26.5 L, 55.4 L and 68 L. Recently, light-weight Refillable Refrigerant Cylinders have been developed to reduce the tare weight of cylinders by 25%, designed for R410a and R32.

BCPL manufactures 990 Ltr water capacity tanks. The manufacturing unit is equipped to design and manufacture tanks up to 3000 liters of water capacity. These tanks are heat-treated in a state-of-the-art NC control furnace and painted with polyurethane paint with an undercoat of epoxy primer. The powder coated surface is also supplied on request. These cylinders are supplied to Indian oil and marketing companies such as Indian Oil Corporation, Hindustan Petroleum, Bharat Petroleum and to companies such as TOTAL, Super Gas and exported to other countries.

Brazing cylinder in 0.88 L is designed for the Indian as well International markets. This cylinder is suitable for MAPP gas, Propane and Oxygen. The handheld cylinder makes it portable and easy to use for brazing purposes. The cylinder is designed as per DOT39.
Our Chlorine Tonners are PESO approved. Designed as per AME Section VIII Â Div. 1. They are customised as per the customer's requirement. The chlorine tonners undergo rigorous tests keeping all safety measures in place in order to give our customers a high quality and safe product.
