BCPL holds the credit of being the first in India, to develop lightweight gas cylinders manufactured from high-tensile steel. These cylinders show significant grain size refinement. BCPL manufactures refillable refrigerant cylinders for gases: R32, R410a, R404a, R22, R407c, R422d, R38a, R290, R417a, R401a, R437a, R134a, R418a, R426a & R600a. The range includes cylinders of water capacity of 11.2 L, 26.5 L, 55.4 L and 68 L. Recently, light-weight Refillable Refrigerant Cylinders have been developed to reduce the tare weight of cylinders by 25%, designed for R410a and R32.
