Filler Masterbatch is compounded of Calcium carbonate, polymer resin and other additives. It is used very popular in the industry of plastic (blow film, blow molding, injection molding, coated, laminate, raffia,… ) to reduce the production cost and improve some properties of final products. Masterbatch will be packed into PP/PE bag (25kg/bag) with label that following inquiry of customers. – Fullfilled bags will be put over pallets before loading into container.
VC-PE (Polyethylene)/ VC-PP (Polypropylene) Filler Masterbatch contains 70%~80% Calcium Carbonate with natural white. It is easy to disperse with good compatibility. Reduce input material cost. It functions as a modifier to improve the heat resistance, flexural strength, size stability and printability.
